POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist & Business Partner to support both operational HR functions and strategic workforce initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for a people-focused HR professional who can balance day-to-day HR tasks while advising leadership on talent, culture, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Compliance (HR Generalist Duties)
    • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
    • Lead recruitment initiatives and candidate screening processes
    • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures.

 

  • Talent Strategy & Employee Engagement (HRBP Duties)
    • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning and culture initiatives.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
    • Support performance management, coaching managers on best practices.
    • Conduct HR analytics and use data to drive business decisions.

Special Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth company.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and talent strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HR software/HRIS systems (Paylocity)
  • Ability to balance operational HR duties with big-picture strategy.
